Colm Browne becomes a Tax Partner leading the firm's dedicated Compliance Tax Centre and Connected Tax Compliance services. Colm has over 20 years experience in advising a diverse range of domestic and international companies. He specialises in corporate tax compliance working with his team to enhance and leverage efficiencies for clients. He is a Fellow and Immediate Past President of the Irish Tax Institute and also a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
Kevin D'Arcy becomes an Assurance Partner in the firm's Banking, Insurance and Aviation Finance practice. Kevin has over 12 years experience providing assurance services to domestic and international life and non-life insurers as well as a number of international reinsurers. Kevin has extensive experience of reporting under multiple accounting frameworks including IFRS, Irish GAAP and Solvency II regulations. Kevin is a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
Andrew Dunne becomes a Tax Partner in the firm's Foreign Direct Investment practice. Andrew has 18 years experience working with multinational companies, helping to design and implement innovative international and domestic structures. He has extensive financing and treasury management experience and advises on merger and acquisition transactions including helping clients navigate the new Pillar Two rules. Andrew has extensive international tax experience having led the PwC Irish tax desk in New York for three years. Andrew is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and an Associate of the Irish Tax Institute.
Francis Farrell becomes an Assurance Partner leading the firm’s compliance pillar within the Capital Markets Accounting Advisory Services team. Francis has nearly 20 years experience working with both domestic and multinational clients in the areas of compliance and Statutory Financial Statements Managed Services. Francis’s specific areas of expertise includes providing compliance and accounting advisory services including on the European regulatory landscape. He services a wide range of industries including technology, manufacturing and pharma tech. Francis is a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
Laura McKeown becomes a Tax Partner in the firm's Financial Services practice. Laura has 12 years experience assisting clients in the Financial Services industry with a specific focus on Asset and Wealth Management. Laura brings extensive experience across both domestic and international tax structuring with a particular focus on private equity, credit and hedge fund clients. Laura also has international experience, having been on secondment to the Irish Tax Desk based in New York as part of PwC’s International Tax Practice. Laura is a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland and an Associate of the Irish Tax Institute.
Rose-Marie McNamara becomes a Partner in the firm's Assurance practice. She has over 18 years experience providing assurance services to domestic and multinational businesses across multiple sectors. Rose-Marie has extensive experience of reporting under multiple accounting frameworks including IFRS, FRS 102 and US GAAP. She services a wide range of industries including manufacturing, retail, consumer and technology. Rose-Marie is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
Eugene Nel becomes an Assurance Partner in the firm’s Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services practice. He has over 20 years financial reporting and accounting advisory experience, including with PwC South Africa. Eugene has strong expertise in delivering complex accounting and structuring work under multiple frameworks (including IFRS, FRS 102 and US GAAP), as well as providing advice on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and the new Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) framework. Eugene graduated with an Honours Commerce degree from Rhodes University, South Africa, and is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Clodagh O'Reilly becomes an Assurance Partner bringing more than 20 years experience to clients across the domestic and international Asset and Wealth Management Industry. Clodagh works with a broad range of clients who offer alternatives (including real estate, private equity, credit and hedge funds) as well as traditional products. She has extensive reporting experience under multiple accounting frameworks including IFRS, FRS 102 and US GAAP. Clodagh is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
David Pickerill becomes an Assurance Partner in the firm's Asset and Wealth Management practice. David brings more than 17 years experience providing assurance services to an extensive range of investment funds and their service providers, including advising on Irish and US GAAP as well as International Financial Reporting Standards. David has international experience, having spent over two years in PwC’s San Francisco financial services practice. David is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
Pádraic Rehill becomes a Tax Partner in the firm’s Domestic and International Outbound practice. Pádraic has 15 years experience in advising a diverse range of clients on domestic and international tax structuring across a variety of industries with a particular focus on Irish PLCs and large corporates. Pádraic works with clients on all aspects of their business including mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, financing and group reorganisations. Pádraic is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and an Associate of the Irish Tax Institute.
