Q1 2023 PwC Insurance Bulletin

Welcome to the Q1 2023 edition of the Insurance Bulletin which looks at the most significant  regulatory developments that occurred at both a domestic and a European level during the quarter.

This edition of the bulletin includes an update on the Individual Accountability Framework (IAF) which was signed into Irish law, as well as the consultation commenced by the CBI for its implementation. Other significant regulatory developments included in the bulletin are the publication of the final Guidance on Climate Change Risk for Insurance Undertakings by the Central Bank of Ireland as well as the issuance of a number of conduct related supervisory statements by EIOPA.
