Stephen Ruane

Stephen Ruane is a tax partner in the firm’s Domestic and International Outbound practice. He has almost 20 years of experience providing tax consulting services to a broad range of listed PLCs and large multi-national clients and has particular expertise in oil and gas.
Stephen leads PwC's Tax Solutions Centre for the Irish tax practice, developing solutions on complex tax issues for a range of clients. He has extensive experience in the areas of financing, foreign exchange management, group restructurings and Revenue interactions on behalf of clients. As partner, Stephen will also explore technological capabilities in the areas of financing and foreign exchange management.
Stephen is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and an Associate of the Irish Tax Institute.
