As head of the firm’s Tax practice, I lead a team of over 700 professionals, managing tax affairs both in Ireland and internationally. My career with the firm spans three decades. I’ve held key positions including Tax People Partner and Domestic Tax Team Leader, which have given me diverse experiences that enable me to navigate complex tax landscapes for our clients.
Paraic leads PwC Ireland’s Tax practice as a Tax Partner. With extensive experience dating back to 1992, he specialises in:
Corporate tax advisory for indigenous Irish companies;
Leading major M&A transactions; and
Group restructurings and general corporate tax consultancy.
In recent years, the tax landscape has undergone significant changes across OECD, US, EU and domestic contexts. Paraic’s diverse career at PwC equips him to effectively guide specialised teams in navigating these complex challenges.
