Kim McClenaghan

Kim is a Consulting Partner and leads the firm’s Energy & Utilities team. Kim is a chartered engineer with more than 15 years’ experience working with the energy and utility sector in Ireland. His work includes helping clients with business strategy and complex business transformation. Programmes delivered include the management of business impacts associated with regulatory and technology driven change, with a particular focus on operational processes, systems and organisational design. Kim is a board member and former president, of the Institute of Management Consultants and Advisors in Ireland.
