Ken Tyrrell is a partner in the firm's advisory deals practice, advising on restructuring, insolvency, debt and equity financing, loan sale workout strategies and general financial advisory services. He acts for financial institutions, government entities, private equity firms, hedge funds and distressed corporates in dealing with deleveraging plans, crisis management, independent business reviews and turnaround plans.
