Joven Pillay

Joven Pillay is a partner in the firm’s consulting practice, where he leads the Customer Experience practice. He has extensive experience advising clients on leveraging customer and experience principles to drive their growth agenda. Joven has joined us from PwC South Africa where he led multiple Customer Transformation programs for clients across various industries. He has also designed and delivered large scale modernisation programs across the globe that were centred around Customer excellence. Joven specialises in designing strategy to execution change programs that are human centred, and technology enabled. Joven is skilled in designing innovative customer interactions across Marketing, Sales and Service functions.
