Féilim is a Consulting Partner and leads the firm’s Banking & Capital Markets team. He has extensive experience in providing business advisory and consulting services across industries with a particular focus on the financial services sector in Ireland and internationally.
Féilim specialises in change and programme management, business transformation and working with clients to find solutions to efficiency and effectiveness challenges within their businesses.
He has worked successfully with some of the country's leading organisations on a diverse range of significant business change projects. These include establishing sizeable new organisations and business functions, leading complex business transformation programmes and overseeing operating model improvement programmes.
