With over 20 years of financial reporting and accounting advisory experience, Eugene brings a wealth of knowledge to the Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services practice.
Having worked with PwC South Africa, he specialises in complex accounting and structuring across various frameworks, including IFRS, FRS 102 and US GAAP.
Eugene also provides valuable insights on environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters and the new Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) framework.
He holds an Honours Commerce degree from Rhodes University in South Africa and is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
