Ciara Breslin

Ciara Breslin is a Tax partner in the firm’s Foreign Direct Investment practice.
With nearly 16 years of experience, including time spent leading the Irish tax desk in PwC New York, Ciara focuses primarily on advising US and Chinese multinational companies predominantly in the technology and pharmaceutical life science sectors. Her experience includes advising companies on establishing operations in Ireland, expanding their international footprint and on cross-border transactions and M&A. She leads the FDI Tax China business group for PwC Ireland.
Ciara is an Associate of the Irish Tax Institute and a Solicitor and member of the Law Society of Ireland.
