Brian Leonard

Brian is a Tax Partner and leads the firm’s Aviation Finance & Aircraft Leasing team. He specialises in corporate taxation in the aviation leasing and finance industry and has significant experience advising on domestic and international taxation matters, including international tax structuring.
Brian works with international aviation leasing clients on a wide range of tax matters such as foreign investor structuring, use of Section 110 companies, foreign tax transaction issues and due diligence. He focuses on financial services foreign direct investment opportunities for Ireland from a US and Asian perspective.
Brian is an associate of Chartered Accountants Ireland and the Irish Taxation Institute.
